Terms & Conditions

The ground rules.

Please read these terms before you use Swaggsplash. By using the site, or by creating an account, you agree to them.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Who we are

Swaggsplash (swaggsplash.com) is a free social game website. “We” and “us” mean whoever runs the site. Contact us through the contact form.

2. What the site offers

Swaggsplash provides free-to-play slot and arcade-style games for entertainment. It is not a gambling service. There is no real-money play, no deposits, no purchases, no withdrawals and no prizes of money or real-world value. The About page explains this in more detail.

3. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use the site or create an account.
  • You are responsible for checking that free social games are lawful where you live. The site is not blocked by country, but it is not offered to anyone in a place where using it would be unlawful.
  • You confirm you are an adult when you arrive. If you create an account, we also check your date of birth.

4. Virtual credits

The games use virtual credits for play only. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services, on or off Swaggsplash. Nothing you do in a game earns anything of real-world value, and doing well in a free game does not predict how you would do gambling for money.

5. Optional accounts

  • You do not need an account to play. An account is optional and free, and can be created with an email and password or with Google.
  • If you create one, give true details and keep your password safe. The account is personal: do not share it, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.
  • You can delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is used unlawfully, or that appears to belong to someone under 18.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site while under 18, or help anyone under 18 to do so;
  • try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, accounts or servers;
  • use bots, scripts or other automation on the games or forms, or send spam through our forms;
  • copy, scrape, resell or re-host the games or site content without our written permission;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or deceive others.

7. Games and availability

The games are served from our own domain and load inside our pages. We may add, change, pause or remove any game or feature at any time. We do not promise that the site or any game will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Game results are random or rule-based, as each game is designed, and have no effect outside the game.

8. Ownership

The site, its design, the games and their content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play the games in your browser for your own entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

9. Messages you send

When you contact us, you confirm that what you write is accurate and lawful. We use your message to reply to you, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Playing responsibly

Free games can still absorb you. Please take regular breaks and see the Responsible Gaming page for tools and sources of help. You may ask for a break or an account restriction at any time through the contact form.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available” as free entertainment. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for losses arising from using, or being unable to use, the site, including lost virtual credits or game progress, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

13. Privacy and cookies

How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
